We currently offer FREE shipping on all orders over $99 within the continental United States. Orders less than $99 will be charged a flat rate of $6.95 for shipping and handling for orders between $0 and $24.99 and $9.95 for shipping and handling on orders between $25 - $99.
Orders that are in stock will ship within two to four business days. We generally ship within one to two business days but it is dependent upon our inventory in stock at the time. Should an item be out of stock or on backorder and will not ship within that time frame, we will notify you by email of the status of your order and expected ship time. These ship times do not apply to items that ship directly from the distributor. If you have concerns about your order reaching you by a specific time, we suggest that you contact us to make us aware of your time frame.
We are happy to ship some of our products outside the continental U.S. Please contact us for a shipping quote. We ship USPS Priority Mail International for our international shipments which includes brokerage fees but all duties and taxes the responsibility of the customer upon arrival. We suggest contacting your local customs office for any information about duties and custom fees. Many oversized items cannot be shipped via USPS.
Please note that we can not ship Nuna, Clek, Baby Jogger, Bugaboo, BOB, Bumbleride, Orbit Baby, UPPAbaby, Skip Hop, Keekeroo, ErgoBaby, Doona, MUV or Britax outside the continental US.
We are happy to ship most of our items to APO and FPO addresses and/or Hawaii and Alaska via USPS for an additional charge. Please contact us for a shipping quote if you are interested.
Our strollers come with manufacturers' warranties. To the extent that issues arise that are covered by the applicable warranty, then free shipping is included within the continental United States if replacement parts are required. We are happy to help contact the manufacturer about your product if it is within warranty. The manufacturer warranties are valid only within the continental United States and customers outside of the continental United States will be responsible for shipping and handling charges if applicable.
We will be happy to meet or beat any total price you see online. The product must be offered by an authorized dealer and must currently be in stock. Our price match policy does not apply to limited retail offers, liquidations or auctions.
We will accept returns on all brand new items, except car seats, in the original packaging and condition, including original box, packages, manuals and paperwork, within 30 days of purchase. We will charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Merchandise returned with any sign of usage or damage or in incomplete condition, including all original warranties, manuals etc., will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and we reserve the right to refuse the return. We do not accept returns on used strollers. Please contact us for a return authorization number. We reserve the right to refuse returns without a return authorization number. Once the item is returned to us in its original and unused condition, we will refund you in full less our restocking fee. All car seats, car seat bases and sale items are final sale.
If you receive a defective item or an item that you did not order, please contact us as soon as possible. If you received a damaged item, we will help make the necessary arrangements to get replacements parts or a replacement item shipped to you with no additional shipping charges to you. The replacement parts or item will be shipped the same method as the original order. If the item arrives damaged, please retain the original box as well as all packing materials as they will be necessary to facilitate a proper return and damage claim.
If you would like to return an item that you received as a gift, we would be happy to issue you a store credit within 30 days of purchase minus shipping charges. Please contact us for a return authorization number.
