Seriously great delivery and service. We purchased our Orbit stroller travel bag in the Black Friday sales and unlike many, many online stores that claim they have items in stock until you purchase them, StrollerMama does! They have competitive pricing, are reliable and delivery was exactly within the timeframe promised. We'll back in the near future to purchase our stroller toddler seat and car seat from them.

Since we were frustrated because our last stroller broke, the sales woman recognized the emotional feeling behind our need to find the right stroller for our family. Her concern contrasted to the feeling we received at other stores. Before we arrived at Stroller Mama, we visited some large chain stroller shops. In most cases, no one was available to help us with the strollers, and the strollers were pinned up on big shelves making it very had to pull out and test drive them. Other strollers were up on second level shelves which were even harder to pull down.
Stroller Mama understood how many variables go into a family stroller decision and they were there to inform us of each one. They knew how much each stroller weighed and cost, how much storage space each has for diapers and other baby needs such as a change of clothes and wipes. Not only were they knowledgeable about each stroller, but they were very patient in explaining to us how each stroller functions. They repeatedly showed us how to fold and open each stroller. They made us feel that each one of our questions was an important question, and although they teach customers the functions of each stroller every day, they explained the functions to us as if we were their first and only customers. For example, I am very tall so they were able to show me which strollers have adjustable handle bars. Also, there are many instances when my wife is holding our baby in one hand and she needs to open a folded stroller with the other, so they showed us which strollers can be opened with using only one hand. Seemingly small issues like these become make or break issued when it comes to buying a stroller.

I want to praise you guys for the great job you are doing. The shipping was almost instantaneous. The price was the best my wife could find online. had a little problem with the one of the parts in our Valco Baby stroller and wrote an email to info@strollermama.com on Sunday night. Response was in my inbox on Monday morning. Not only the response, but with CC to the product manufacturers email. I don't think I will be looking for any other deals online. Customer service at strollermama.com is what people are talking about when speak about US customer service outside the US. People like them make America proud.

Great to deal with- I made an error in my shipping/billing addresses and sent an email to the store owner right after placing my order; it was a Sunday night and someone responded within an hour, with a promise to make the correction. Although this is our first purchase from your store, if we ever need to buy something again you will have our business. Over the past few years as we were faced with any questions or concerns about strollers or stroller parts we would call you two and you were able to answer our questions and give good advice.
